We use industry leading property websites including Zoopla, Spareroom, PrimeLocation and Boomin plus we have an extensive in-house waiting list of renters looking for a home in South London as well as over 700 current tenants often looking to upsize, downsize or relocate. 

To summarise, we put good tenants in your property, at a low cost to you, fast.

For our complete Tenant Introduction Service we charge approximately 9% of the annual rent. All in. No extra charges. Zero VAT. Unlike other agents we don’t add fees and charges for more tenants, inventories, deposit registration, referencing or anything else. The fixed, one off price of 9% is all you will pay.

The services you will receive from us are as follows:

• Source tenants.
• Market property.
• Conduct viewings.
• Reference check tenants.
• Ensure tenants have the Right to Rent in England.
• Ensure tenants have received all necessary documents required by the UK governmental department of housing communities and local government.
•  Create a bespoke Tenancy Agreement and arrange signing by both parties.  
• Deposit registration with DPS.
• Full inventory upon check-in, including meter readings.
